chop problem!

Post by gustavo_tre »

I have a problem with my sp404sx, when I chop a sample, usually its duration is shortened for any reason, not the endpoint I pressed.
I do not know if sp404sx problem or memory card.
I tried formatting the Sandisk SD card 2Gb but still the same error.
I need Help, I can´t chop any sample!!!
sorry by my poor english.
Thanks!

I know there's a way to get it to do exactly that based on the sample tempo but I don't know if that's it. Did you try setting the start/end points using the knobs afterwards? I don't have my SX anymore so I can't check.

You say, I need to adjust the tempo of my sp404sx, acording to the sample tempo?

What I do recently is: chop a larger portion of the sample there I want to loop, then adjust what I want to loop with [start/end] button.
but,.... is there a way to select the portion I need only with [rec] button?
Thanks!
