I recently purchased a used SP-606 and am looking forward to making some beats. I've done bits and pieces with a Roland R-5 and few synths but the sampler opens up so many more possibilities!
I'm a keen DJ, have been doing that for about 5 years and have a decent amount of records but just got into beatmaking this year really.
I've got a technical question too but I'll post that in the 606 thread!
