SP 303 VINYL SIM WOBBLING PITCH MOD????

hi there guys ,
Im after a sp to use its effects for my mpc2000xl I want to get that lofi warmth ive been after and I can't decipher between the sp 303, sp 404 or sp 404sx. Ive heard the 303 is great for the lofi crunch, however I'm really after this kind of effect...

Does anybody know if the 303 can do this kind of pitch wobble effect?
or will I have to get a sp 404 or sp 404sx or vhs player to get this effect?

Now I'm pretty sure on that 1st video he is referring to the sp 404sx as I know him and wun two use one. However i've heard really bad things about the digital sound it gives, but there shit sounds warm and crunchy as!.
i've heard some good stuff about the 404 but not half as much as positive shit as the 303. Some people even say the 303s quality is abit too shit!, i'm really lost with all the contradicting opinions i'm reading on these models. Thing is I don't want to get a 303 if it dosn't have this effect i'm after. Im possibly even thinking of getting a 303 and either a 404 or 404sx aswell if that sound isn't possible on the 303.
sorry about the long post but I would be more than grateful if somebody could give me some clear, honest advice on this and maybe point me in the direction for what model would be best for the sound I want to create .

my tools are the 303+404[og]. vinyl sim wobbling on the 404 is so much better than the 303. it gives a cleaner wobble effect compared to the 303, which has a kinda odd sound when you wobble it.

the warmth on the 303 is realllllly nice though. the two songs you linked to has more of a 303 vibe going on with the sound to my ears

the 303 gives a kind of grainy weird texture when you turn the knob to mess with the pitch. I am personally not a fan compared to the 404's. Although its nice in some situations. The 404 and 404sx are pretty much the same with just pure pitch tweakage no grain

if you check Madvillain "All Caps", that is the 303 in full effect, and that kind of flavour and warbly effect is given by -also- the timestretch.
Almost the same for the sp505.
so a combination of timestrecth + the pitch shift effect (and some resampling in Long or LoFi mode) could give you that

nice one cheers guys for the helpful advice !, I went with my gut instinct and got an sp 303 (which after receiving it today im pretty sure ive been conned with a faulty one!) im probably just going to get a vhs player and do the wobble on that though maybe even get one of the 404s if I can decipher which one I want in the future.
