Best Setup To Record With An Audio Interface and Mixer?

I got this saffire 6 usb audio interface, xenyx q802usb mixer and a sp404

Whats the best way to set this up since in the sapphire i noticed there is no input besides the xlr cable.

What exactly are you trying to do?

Run outputs of mixer to inputs of Saffire?
- Xenyx main outs XLR (or 1/4") to Saffire ins.

Use the Saffire and Xenyx as one coherent interface?
- Aggregate device if you're on a Mac.

The inputs on the Saffire are combination jacks so they will take 1/4" or XLR inputs.
