so I just bought an fmr really nice compressor and a Harman Kardon TD292 tape deck!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know what to expect but I will let you all know if you are interested when they come in!

This tape player barely works

I love the fmr though it's so much better than the crappy sp404sx comp jeez

edit: I just mixed it on my sp, ran it thru the fmr straight into the tape deck with some pumpy compression i think a little less than 6:1 ratio, then took that recording and recorded it back into the sp to get it on my computer?
editedit: i got the tape deck for only 26$ tho so i guess beggers can't be choosers
