Footswitch fo sp-404 ?

Hello again to all.

I want to know if there is a system to switch volume off or cut the signal with a foot controller.

I´m in a band and i want to left a loop sounding and switch it off with a foot controller as a guitar pedal because i´m playing the guitar at the same time.

There is a pedal to do this? can put volume off via MIDI ? i´m forced to build an own mute pedal with the RCAs in and out?

I used the "search" and maybe i dont know exactly how to use it but dont find what i was searching for.

Thinking in that way (me as one that ask without searching first) its your problem..... i will appreciate if you show me the topic where people talk about a footswitch...... anyway i will try it again.
