any synth could do it, nothing special there.
the recording is indeed something to talk about.
Try to record one "sub track" composed by the little lofi piano and the bass, in wich the bass has the loudest volume, then resample+vynil comp or comp (with the magic SPs pumping settings); after that do the fake rhodes loop, (maybe chorus+autopan); make a loud kick and a drum loop, in wich the kick is Always the loudest; then set this loop seeing the volume of the bass loop one, setting the volume of the 2 loops (the sub tack with the bass, and the drum loop), making the kick Always the loudest (try to see not to be very loud respect the bass); then resample the whole with comp or vynil comp. etc etc
