Weird MIDI Issue (MPC & 404)

I was making a MIDI template to control my 404 from my MPC 1K and I ran into a strange issue. For some odd reason(s) I cannot get pads #4, 8, 10 to trigger via MIDI (from the MPC).

Right off the top of my head, I cannot remember if this was ONLY for Bank A or if it was spread across more. Either way it is kinda strange, considering I was following the MIDI data chart in the 404's manual.

I've tried a few different ways to get this to work but haven't got it found out yet. Anything like this happen to one of y'all before?
