SP 404 midi sync issues

I'm trying to use this set up for live use:

DSI evolver (synth with sequencer)
Korg Electribe ER1 (drum machine / master clock)
Sp404 (loop/backing tracks)

every machine is controlled by its own sequencer in order to combine and mix different elements from different songs.
the electribe is used as midi clock source for the set.
electribe and evolver work well together , while the 404 has sync issues...
the seq is not tight to the clock and the rhytmic loops create flams.
I cut the loops with attenction and they work well if played by a midi controller/sequencer.

I've tried to use my mpc500 instead of the electribe for a midi clock test and , in this case the flam is more evident, mpc is tighter on midi sync control.

well , I think there 's no way to solve this , than just use the 404 on its own.
Is there anybody who had the same problem and found a sort of solution?

I mainly play experimental techno, glitch and breaks together...
