i was teen and i was there at that time, didnt konw nothing about that, i begun to discover this evil technique by the end of 80s with hiphop and house music and such, ...but they ve done it before, even with pop rock...
...i wanted to share this interesting documentary about some technical studio production ,this not very known producer, the synclavier and the linn drum...

Nice find, Ellaguru! Great clip, that. What foresight the guy had, picking out how far sampling will go. Great sense of humour too.

i liked when the synclavier didn't worked and rushent said something like "this machine knows that we're trying to make something illegal..."
