Import samples and backup of memory card

Good day! I have a problem with import samples on the memory card. I used the wave controller. Sometimes after import half of samples which were on memory card are removed, sometimes when i press one key I can hear samples from different banks together.
Sometimes format of memory card can help, but sometimes the problem remains. How to copy samples on memory card safely?
I work with four different memory cards. How to make a backup of the memory card and recover information fast?
Usually I copy all Samples to my computer and call samples with number of keys and the name of the banks, but how to keep all patterns?
