yo, it's the same way they do it in movies, you put a sound on all the tracks at the beginning . then if you want to move tracks from your hardware to pro tools, you just sync up the clap and all the tracks are synced, this doesnt work with tape because of mechanical issues vs digital, sample rate differences will cause drift too. like some phones wont sync video because the sample rate. anyway, hope you guys start making hollywood videos like this, and export your sessions to pro tools .
