pads sp 808 and nuendo

pads sp 808 and nuendo

Hi! I connected my sp 808 to Nuendo, but Nuendo doesn't read the pads. It reads everything but pads! does somebody know why and can tell me what can I do? thank you!

I dont think the pads send midi notes, I know the 808 receives them.
