Pads not showing up in 404sx WAV converter? *FIXED*

I have imported plenty of samples with this card using the WAV converter, but when I tried to import samples using another card the 'selectable' pads in the converter suddenly disappeared. I then tried to use my original card and the pads were still gone?

Please help, I have a deadline to meet pretty soon...

EDIT: I ended just reinstalling the programe. Everything now works fine.
