will deleting the stock samples on bank A cause anything bad

Post by Heat Vision »

I want to erase the stock samples off bank A on my 404 but i just wanted to make sure that nothing negative would happen to the way the card operates.

I.e when it says you cant restore it back to factory settings that only means you wont be able to get those samples back right?

Yeah, just delete em. Nothing will happen. And you can always restore it if needed. But who wants those samples in the first place. You'll find way better shit.

When I get a sampler that has sounds/samples already in them, my first priority is to delete them. I hate that Roland puts that crap on their samplers.
