sp303 sm card error

2 weeks ago i experienced a loss of samples in my sp303 smartmedia card (64mb)
i take the 303 at my friend's crib and when i back home and turned on the machine i don't know why all my samples are gone...
?
mumble mumble...

not very important samples but it was a little frustrating because i worked a little on the start/end points but still a pain in the as$.
did this ever happened to you? did anybody knows the possible cause(s)?
the samples in the internal memory and the patterns memory are still there
any ideas?
maybe i turned off the sp when the light points are blinking, don't remember well.

maybe try to reinitialize the machine or format the card...

the card has worked with no problems in the last 15 days
i can save and load samples from it without errors
i only wanted to know if this is a common problem or not
is it possible that transporting the unit this problem may occur?
