i'm working on an EP for my final thesis for school, where I'll be combining sampling with synths and vocals to make more than just beats, but whole individual tracks. take a listen to something i just recorded yesterday:

thanks jay! yeah, i still do same old me, but this is for my school project, and it's fun to try something new. good looks on joining the sp community here, good advice always comes around here...

I agree , and hope I didn't come off wrong . I think the track (and all the others on the link) was dope . I just personally prefer the jazzy stuff , and think that Computers (Akademik)makes some of the illest beats in that style that I've been hearing lately . I'm still interested in hearing the other joints too.. On another note , yo Ak , when is the free ep droppin?
