Menu skips some option

Is there a setting I can change so the arrow keys don't skip certain options? ie in SAMPLING, the arrows skip Grade and Auto. ???

have you tried moving the arrows on the Loop/trim windows? just to see if it's a "general" problem or not; in other words: is the button of the cursor or the hardware itself the trouble?

Arrow keys are fine. Just wondering if there's a software option. I just INIT'ed the machine and it's still a problem
