i was actually going to post this in the other thread.

When i first started hearing about them i was intrigued. There was just something about them that caught my attention. It wasnt really their horrorcore gimmick but i guess more their image and the way they project themselves to people. And the fact that they were pretty young.

anyway after going through some of their albums i must say i like a few beats here and there (particularly on the EARL album) but overall im just not as impressed as my intrigue would lead me to be.

you mentioned a lot of synth beats on Goblin so imma check that out.

Haven't heard goblin because I'm allergic to mega-hype. I will give it a listen just to throw my 2 cents into this discussion but for my pre-analysis I'm going to fall back on two axioms that usually hold true in music:

Second albums usually suck
Artists who go from no budget garage to MTV videos quickly tend to suck thereafter

see what happens when u believe the hype. u get set up for a big let down. there's was a few joints on there tho i was expectin alot more, but those were the obvious tracks that got played out. i think they need better production im sure alot of big wigs gonna shoot them beats now. but it is kinda crazy they blowin up rather it them than wakka flocka or soulja boy and cats of that caliber. but i wouldnt say they game changing, but that elzhi tape elmatic that dropped the same day. that got my attention mostly.
