You could eat a lot of beans or..(pause ) nuts. Raw pumpkin seeds have 18 grams of protein in like a 1/4 cup serving. I like raw almonds. I'm not really counting my protein intake, but thats 11 grams in 1/3 of a cup and I eat more than 1/3 in one day lol. I'm actually eating some right now

Yeah but my point is... who wants to eat raw pumpkin seeds? LOL... I mean... I would if I do not have other choice but meat and chicken have better taste and in every 200gr portion you get 40gr of protein... I think the only way is going to be eating all the chickens and cows of this world, then when I have no choice then I can eat some raw pumpkin seeds lol

I used to only do tapes, but people would check it once and forget it. I'm diggin posting singles these days cuz it keeps people coming back and you're fresh in ther mind. That being said im doing a limited set of 50 physical tapes pretty soon, so hope some of the fam here can support and cop that when it drops.
