Gonna be posting the poll for this tomorrow night,about 8pm pacific time..that would be 10 central,11 eastern (i think)- so hopefully if anyones near finished with something they can get it knocked out-or if u just got something laying around that you haven't really made public yet,feel free to submit it. We got a decent ammount of submissions so far- a lot of dope stuff from all you on the slightly more experimental side of things-wish we would get the same kind of participation from all the more traditional hip hop types on this site too,get a batter ballance going...regardless though, a whole lot of ill beats here,hopefully we'll see maybe a few more by tomorrow night..peace

Got this sort of done...had much more epic plans but ran out of time & tried lots of shit that never quite worked. Ended up with a long track somehow anyway.

Fusion (rhodes & organ stab) -> Timefactor,
All into Kaoss Quad, but fairly light on it
Reaper at the end for quick EQ/Compression/Track alignment.

Yo- i think i may have just realized that i might have recorded my beat too hot(too loud)- at least it sounds like it on these new computer speakers i just got,bass & kicks sound distortded--has anyone that's listened to mine noticed this? Maybe it's just me...but if anyone thinks i need to re-record it,or is having problems with it coming through clear please let me know...thanks,peace

Also just noticed that when i posted about the poll tonight-due to my timezone it said the post was put up on tuesday(today)-when it was still just like 9-10 pm monday here.So just in case of any confusion,the poll will be going up tonight,the 24th..if this by any chance made anybody think there was another day to go,it'll be no problem to wait till tomorrow..other than that, if i don't hear anything the poll will go up as planned,around 10pm central. & as far as my beat- i definitely think i recorded it a little hot-but as long as u don't turn shit all the way up it really doesn't distort at all-might have to re-record it for the bandcamp page,but i'll keep it as is for now.Peace!
