Cool stuff!
I'd probably focus on a 0:41 minute kind of bass sound for dubstep bass (more grainy, less filtering, possibly more of a wobble too), but having tried dubstep myself I know this ain't easy to get right on the MV. Respect!
I'd probably try to add a small delay/echo to the MFX bass to give the sound a thicker volume.
I do think the bass line itself is probably a bit too basic. Then again going crazy on the filtering part of the MV with the bass synth to get those crazy dubstep bass varations you here in dub these days is incredibly difficult, if not partly impossible.
