Different effects for multiple pads/samples?

Maybe i missed a blind spot when I went through the manual or even in this forum. By any chance is there a way to use different effects on multiple pads/samples??(example: in a bank I want pad 1 to have a filtered kick while in pad 2 I'd want a reverbed snare...feel me?) If so, would it have to be done when the sample is being recorded or can it be done during playback???

Resample. You will have to resample your kick with the filter, then resample your snare with reverb. Or you can record the samples originally with the effects. You can't use more than one effect at a time.
