Walk into a bank with a $20 bill and ask the teller if she can break it for you. They will either reject you unless you have an account with them or-- if they have any decency at all-- they will break their "policy" and do the right thing. Fuck banks. They all just want to hold you down!!!

Yeah they are. They got us into this mess. They're just getting to be more and more overbearing with their greed. Too many people with jobs in the banking system are either ignorant to what is going on or they are just as selfish. I found 1 nice teller to break my $20...but she did tell me they weren't allowed to do so. Good for her...fuck that greed shit, do the right thing.
