sp 404sx sd card

in the manual they say:"never insert or remove an sd card while this unit's power is on" so do you power off everytime you want to add a sample you have in your computer or don't mind about it

i've tried it and nothing happened.. i wouldnt do it while samples are playing or rec/loading/saving though.. but thats obvious.. peace

It says not to do that in the og 404 manual too. i don't really care too much but it will remove any timestretching on your samples. it might reset fx settings too.
