Kel how are the juno and korg beasts?

I still don't have a powercord for the juno, but i remember it had nice bass and a "programmable chord" feature where you could assign full chords to single keys (awesome)

the korg is a rack module. very easy to program your own sounds and programs, 8-channels with really good fx. it was my first midi piece back in 1997. listen to any old ruff ryders stuff and that's what it sounds like haha. i swear swizz beats was the laziest producer ever. back in the day i thought it had the most realistic grand piano i've ever heard.... now, not so much.

Kaossilator routed through a monotron to give a bit more grit.

They are routed into the 404 where i make the the main part of the beat.
They are then routed through an old studiomaster 6-2-1 desk.

My microkorg and turntable are also routed through this and then the main output from the desk is sent to sp 808 for mixing eq and comp.

The old studiomaster was a steal at only 40 quid:)
You can redline the shit out of it without worrying about breaking something and if it does it can be fixed:)
( better than pushing a 404 into the red and having to buy a new one)

After the track is done i bounce to the 404 to add the little efx if the track demands it and then bounce to nuendo and add a limiter to boost the overall level so that it has a chance of being heard:)

the kp2 has the best sound, the kp3 is ok, more "clean", the mkp is just "cool" (i tend to use it just for live, i payed it not cheap:i retourned to a shop a broken machine, so they proposed me the mkp+money).

cool thanks! I always have fun messing with the kp3 when I go to guitar center but haven't tried the others.
