Using SP 404 with decks and 3 channel mixer

i'm trying to use my sp 404 in my dj sets, using the effects in exit source mode. I've got the tape out on the mixer going into the sampler, then the sampler going into channel two on the mixer. This is obviously creating a lot of feed back but i can't think of another way of doing it. Anyone got any tips? also any tips of how to use the SP 404 in a DJ set would be awesome

you dont have a send return? You can run the 404 out to the line in instead of phono in. Dont forjet to flip the switch from phono to line.

yeah there's no send return on m y mixer that i can see, cheers i'll give that a go, there's gotta be some way of making it work! got a set coming up in two weeks and really want to do some interesting stuff.
