I've read most of these posts... Has anyone tried to mod the leds under the pads to a different color themselves? I've mod'd the leds on my mpc to white and blue. I'd love to see a 404 with something other than blah red. Anyone? i edited cuz i saw drewdank had mentioned that a pro was going to do it for him... i haven't opened mine up that much yet but do you know if the leds are four post or three or two? why pay somebody to do something that you can do yourself? maybe it's not possible?

i hooked mine up with a color shifting paint job. ordered some back to the future stickers on ebay. the end product could end up lookin mad ill or mad retarded.

Would there be anyway to mod the MIC INPUT to be on the back of the unit? Haven't cracked mine open yet to check out her guts but after seeing the rear headphone output (fuckin' sick by the way!)... I'm thinkin' it can be done.
