Traktor 2 loops, and exporting on an sp404

hi,
i've just upgraded and started usingTraktor2, its amazing it lets you export your loops, its the easiest software i've ever used for making loops.
problem is that when i try to export the wavs to to the sp card using the software, i get a weird message saying that it won't support the wavs cause the number of channels (2 i believe, i can't remember the exact message, i didn't write it down and i don't have the sp-card with me to repeat the experiment)

if anyone can explain what to due to the files, I've got wavosaur if that helps.

no idea what format traktor exports loops as... also besides file format, is it actually exporting a wav file the size of the loop or is it exporting the original track with markers placed for loop-points/etc... cos I have a feeling thats what traktor is doing.

they're exported samples, all .wav. however out of the 5 loops i've made on 2 work. very unusal i will just keep trying...
