how long on batteries?

I have tactical question: how long work sp-404spx on batteries? Rechargeable Battery or Alkaline? Please describe yours experience.

average alkalines I think you get a good 4hours.. can someone back me up? I cant remember exactly sorry..

rechargeable it depends on the capacity of the batteries - the ones that come with the charger tend to be lower than the ones that u buy separate to the charger (2450 instead of 3700 i think? in my case).. and remember the weakest battery is what counts, so u need ALL good ones for it to be worthwhile..

But I'd say u would prob get about 30%-40% less on rechargeables.. I have 2 sets so i can swap em out while they charge
