Help with looping!

Hi, I'm having a problem looping one of my samples. I am trying to loop a sample of a chord, however when the loop restarts there is a clipping sound. I tried making the loop in a daw, but when i sample it onto the SP and loop it, I still get the sharp sound. Is there any effect I can use to get rid of this? Thanks, help is appreaciated

or like something i can do to fade the start/end of the loops together

when the peaklight isnt flashing at that point; try to move the startpoint back or forth
when it is flashing; sample it again, cause the input was too hot.

the peaklight isn't flashing, and I still get a really sharp sound when the loop starts again. I don't hear the sound at the beginning of the loop tho..

Yeah its like a chord that i just want to keep holding, it sounds fine when it starts playing, but every time loops I hear the noise. It also isn't a problem with the end of the sample because it sounds fine when I don't loop it. Could it be because I am sampling from a computer ?

and also, if i finally do get a loop to sound right and try to resample it again with an effect, I get the same problem after adjusting the start/end points to make the time right

did you try decreasing the start/endpoint by 1, gradually, until there is no click?
this solved a problem i had when resampling 12 subsonic bass tones into mono and lo-fi. when resampling i stopped the notes randomly and they weren't ending at the zero x-axis spot.

the reason is the first time u play a chord theres no tail fading out over it

so what you do is this:

play the chord twice (must be exactly the same both times, not different length/etc). (or hold it for 2x how long you want the loop to be)
then set the start point to halfway thru the recording. that way the overlapping 'tail' is included in the loop.
