any fans of soul/r&b from the 60s-80s?

aside from being a huge hip hop head, i am a huge fan of soul music. If anyone else on this forum shares the same passion for soul music then u gotta start listening to raphael saadiq, if u havent already. this dude is incredible. he is truly the closest thing that ive heard to the actual 60s, 70s soul sound, EVER! hes fastly becomming one of my fav artists of all time...some of u might know him from the toni tone tone group of the 90s. but his style is crazy dope. hes gotta new record out called stone rollin'...GO COP IT! its a bit more blues and rock then his last release, "the way i see it" which was an absolute classic, buts its a great record...

a little taste of what his new record is like...its literally shyt that i would sample, really love this guys sound, so ill! look out for that new d'angelo hopefully in the near future as well!...sorry for the rant.
