I really love this "drowned" sound to them, anyone know where/how I can get my drums to sound like this?

I wasn't really hearing a "drowned" sound, but the way that I would try to make those drums would be this:
Take a drum sound and make two copies of it. Run one through some distortion or grainy lo-fi processing effect. Take the two sounds and blend them together and raise and lower the volume on each one to taste. Then add a bright sounding reverb to the finished sound.
This was how I heard it. Hope that helps.
