@waxinspektor

I have already gone over this with you. This shirt is in no way related to or will ever be related to you. The term means someones who collects/digs for records. You are not associated with my brand or anything close to it. I have no idea why your so thrown off by it because it has nothing to do with you. I know the origins of Stax O Wax...I know where it has been used and I know that a company here in Illinois has their name trademarked BUT I have my own legal actions that I have taken long before I launched my brand. Waxinspektor, don't tell me that you are going to be purchasing t-shirts from me because I was nice enough to put both on hold for you so that only YOU could have purchased them. The artist that did my shirt came up with what I thought was a cool idea and we went with the Wax Inspector theme...once again it has nothing to do with YOU. If you are really curious about the design and the origin then you can personally email me and I will break it down for you even more if your still offended (which you shouldn't be). I am in no ways running a gimmick of a brand or creating cheap merchandise...I can assure you that Staxowax is not a cheap brand. It is a little bit if a bothersome to me that you just got on the thread and went off on something that isn't true...I am just a guy trying to do something that I have a passion for and want to deliver good things for guys like us....thanks for your time.

it's just about the term wax inspektor and you know that you took it from me... i'm done with it. just wanted to let you know that i'm not ok with that and i don't care if you care...
i just wanted to order the shirts to get your adress; so don't be that naiv...

I don't understand what you want from me dude...I am telling you that I did not create the shirt off your name. Why would I create a shirt and come to the SP forums and PM you back about beat battle sponsoring??? Does that make any sense to you??? I keep telling you that it has nothing to do with you or your name. To be honest, I don't ever remember you or your music and I definitely did not create a shirt thinking about you or your music...I mean I am being very simple about this man and you don't understand that its has nothing to do with you

I came up with the name of the design and the theme and he drew it...it was done in a simplistic style/ graffiti NYC look...he is digging through records man... understand that this is not about you.

i might repeat but i know it has nothing to do with me, my music or whatever... you think i'm that self centered? funny how i remember your music and name but anyway...
if you say you don't remember the term wax inspektor from like 2008-forums and myspace, so fine... but i don't have to believe that.

...so if you really, really forgot about the term (cause you're lying if you say you haven't heard it before), then your subconscious played tricks on you... i'm not keen on fighting or such, i jus wanted to speak my mind...
keep doing your thing, i let it go... makes no sense anyway.

You don't get it man...I did not bite your name in anyway shape or form. You are making this into something that is not. When I created the shirts...printed the shirts...sold the shirt...it was never about your name. If I told a crate digger slash beat maker to describe what Staxowax and Wax Inspector mean, they would know right away. You can't sit there and think that I purposely screwed you over...its so unrealistic to me that you keep thinking about this. It really sounds like to me that your just trying to cash in on something that is not yours. Someone else said it on here to take it as a compliment if thats what you wish and all I am doing is creating a brand for beatdiggers/crate diggers...you are taking this to another level that is so surprising. If you want to take any legal actions you can contact me and you know where to do so, I will continue my discussions with you via e-mail if you wish

LOL you think you're the only one who could think up "wax inspector"??

I think anyone who digs could think of that...

Not even tryin to bash you either. I love the name, it's what it's about, but I wouldn't expect you to stand by it like you got copy rights. C'mon... I understand if it's who you define yourself as it could be a LITTLE irritating, but still it's not something that is all THAT original. Like it was said before, take it as a compliment if anything...

Same goes for Stax o Wax. Me and the homies always say stacks of wax, all you gotta do is make it more of a brand name and BOOM! You got "Staxowax"!

And you were gonna order his shirts to get his address? For what? To go lynch him? psshh. If, as you say, "i might repeat but i know it has nothing to do with me, my music or whatever... you think i'm that self centered?" Then what's the issue?

Let the man sell his shirts...

you should make a JBL shirt for stax o wax, it's completely original and not copywritten in any way, shape or form.
Wax inspector, in all seriousness, do you have a copywrite for your alias? My brother went by a dj name for years and then some guy just got it copywritten recently. My bro didn't get a cease and desist letter or anything, he just wanted to avoid the confusion.
about the shirts, I like blue monster but that's about it for me. the mpc looks just like those 303/808 shirts to me and the wax inspector shirt is ok but not my cup of tea.
Now I would love that blue monster one but shipping overseas would cost about the same as the shirt. looking forward to seeing the shirt styles grow, for real.
