haha,he was/ is a really talented cat,even if his music made chuck d want us to "slap him right here"lol... i've been thinking about sampling some rhazel or scratch (from the illadelph roots album) for a beat or 2 to go w/ some battle rhymes-i'm trying to do a couple simple,quick flips to record the lyrics off my "freestyle" youtube vid from a couple years back..matter of fact i think i might try that today thanks for the post-- btw,i randomly came across your mad skilz nod factor remix yesterday on the youtubes..using the battle drums!nice stuff man...
