Hi there would really appreciate some feedback on the abstract synth bass in this track. Sounds neat to my ears but wondering if its too out there for some. Thanks fam!

P.s it's called butter fingers because
i went a bit overkill on the drops.

Yeah man cosign, this is an awesome track. The kind of meandering bass with the stop start beat is good.

the arpeggio bass is cool in itself but maybe too dispersive on this track

Thanks for listening guys. Seems most people like the bass. Ella what do you mean by dispersive? Like it doesn't suit the rest of the feel of the track? That's what I was worrying about, but it kind of fits in a weird way to me(I understand everyone might not feel it though that's why I wanted feedback). Or did you mean it didn't come in at the right times and was too much or too little. Either way thanks for checking it out.

i relistned the track
maybe what i feel is that that bass is "not really act like a bass"(b eno- :) ), if you try to use it as a lead synth with an octave more maybe it will fit better.
i say this because it seems to me that other "bass frequencies" occupied the track yet.

I liked the beat a lot, easy to knod the head to...the synth bass works for me but it is kinda floating around in there maybe a lil disconnected from the track, but I dig it b/c it feels improvisational, almost like a lead element as Ellaguru said

Thanks man, this is why I wanted feedback. This is how I feel about the song. I think it sounds good but it isn't "right" per say. Glad the feeling still gets across and people are diggin it.

I downloaded it. I thought it was really cool. I really like the bounce. I also didn't mind the disconnect of the synth from the rest, because like..it was still in harmony with everything else...if that makes sense lol.
