Re: another one!
besten dank!
i do use soundcloud, but just to archive beats and stuff, and i don't really want to show it around much(i really save almost everything there, hella weird stuff, too, hehe).

Again-really dope man...I was out of commission most of 09 so i musta missed when you were most active on here beatwise-but i'm loving these two beats i've heard so far. This sample is exactly the type of shit i've been trying to focus on lately-stuff that kind of blurs the line between jazz and soul-because unfortunately, soul beats have been done so much they're almost becoming cliche....and straight traditional jazz tracks can sound like you're just trying to have a throwback sound-I've been spending a lot of time trying to combine the 2 genres.Anyway, really nice beat all the way around.Peace
Re: another one!
just listened again - your music reminds me of a-ko's stuff. maybe you remember him, he had a huge hit in the scene a couple of years ago:

your stuff is way smoother though - which I prefer! Keep us up to date man!

nice sound computers
Re: another one!
I think in terms of creativity, it's best to sample what you least expect to make sense. Even if the beat eventually weeds out the original sample, you remain on a different playing field than you ever could have imagined.
Just my two cents..
