yo! just letting you know that the person probably just made the page for you to get more recognition. i'm sure the creator didn't mean any harm to you... but it isn't me! reported...

can people please keep reporting.. Even if i decided one day to start a facebook account I wouldnt be able to cause some kid made an amateur facebook page without even asking..damn internet.

Deleting a facebook account is like getting a national insurance plan in America. It should be easy but actually it's almost impossible. Try getting dudes email. Then maybe he'll give it to you and you could change the password. Probably u can't get it removed on account of same name. Even if it were George clooney, especially if it's the real name.

Edit; yeah, I just checked and saw it was scrufneck. That should be hard to claim. Neither of you were given that name at birth I doubt, not saying it's impossible but...
I would change up the spelling or try something new. If you are WELL known people will either follow you with name change or will demand you get respect but it's still hard to see facebook Corp. Wanting to get anywhere near this from a legal standpoint.

I reported. Thats some bullshit. He aint even take the time to hook it up. At least you know you got a fan out there who likes you enough to go through the trouble and start that page.
