Problem with sync to MPC 2000 xl

Yo what up? First, excuse my bad english..
Im tryin to sync my sp 303 to my MPC 2000 xl .. the sp 303 as slave..
Works fine, but my MPC doesnt start exactly with the sp 303 .. is there a possibility to shift starting times or something like this? Anyone the same problem?

Next, i was trying to trigger pads through my mpc ... does only work for pads 1-3 from bank A because note 96 triggers pad 1 bank a, 97 triggers pad 2 bank a and 98 trigger pad 3 .. but in my MPC i cant press a pad higher than 98..
Is there anyone out there triggering samples via MPC who fixed this problem or can tell me how to do it?!

Should think before posting
That triggering problem appeared because i set up my sp as a rhythm sound module.. so it put all midi notes up to 95-127 to avoid overlapping (see manual)

but didnt solve that sync problem..
