iiii i like the explanation that last one you posted is nice too... half the fun of artwork for me is exploring the mediums and using stuff to make work with that have other uses or whatever. belt sander or metal signs or whatever.. i just got a scribe from homedepot and ive been sketching on aluminum sheets and then spreading ink over the plate.. kinda like etching or printmaking but it isnt working like i want just yet.

dish: keep workin it homie i always had to build up my oils, acrylics usually stay thin. its gonna be sick.

i'm kind of afraid every next dab of paint will ruin it... i like it rough and open like this but it could get better... maybe i just should do a proper oil version and leave this as it is, a good sketch.

My brother is back in St. Louis from hawaii for a week I made this for him to take back home when he goes. It is on the back of a 12 pack box, so not to big.

Haha, nice gif IIIII!

This just in, my first big wheatpaste.
I've been wanting to do this for a long, long time. Last week a good friend of mine and me printed us some nice posters, waited for the nigt to fall, went to the second most busy tram station in the city and glued that shit to the wall. I can't think of a spot more ideal than this, now I can see it everyday on my way to work. It was really fun so we'll probably do some more soon. Mine's the right one.

i actually did it over a wild 4 days. the language is something i've been working on, last week i finished mapping it out to the basic 26 characters for translation, and now working on adding additional ones for ch, ph, etc. i used to just write them randomly but it was easier than i thought to make it an "alphabet" its much more refined now, the book is from october of 2010

the white circle on that plank of wood is from a birdcage i painted for our wedding like two months ago. i was in the process of painting a base coat on another plank (on top of the one with the circle) and picked it up when i was done and saw the circle one underneath.... i used that one instead.
