did you think the raps is to quiet? or the whole mix?

i recorded the beat to a regular "hifi" tape deck, from the sp with the highs maxed i forrgot how snares sound when you bleed them to tape. i recorded the beat back into my sp in mono hifi. then dragged the file into my computer and rapped on it.

i refferred to the whole mix, but just a matter of voulume i think, the eq sounded ok, i have to relisten it (i'm at phukin work, only shitty speakers here); anyway cool you used the tape recorder, recently i'm trying something with my tapes recorders.

Sadly though to pull a nice hipster chick, you might have to slow it down with a serene violin sample & throw in a bunch of "obscure" art & litterature refferences,along w/ some lines about how insecure and sensitive you are from having your heart broken.
