Dope beats! Sooo much better than that corny crap KUBE thinks is hiphop.

Good lord...I don't remember this Black Sheep joint from 94 at all-but this beat is a MASTERPEICE! Sounds like some Buckwild shit but it's Sallam Remi!!(of making mediocre beats for nas in the late 90's/00's fame)-cant find the instrumental-which is the best way to truly appreciate this beat- on youtube, but it's on undegroundhiphop.com. Eventually i'ma make a whole tape of beats like this. Nothing will ever be equivilent to joints like these in hip hop. :D

Word, that "lets get it on" is my favorite bassline of all time by far,so ill. But that souls track?! This was actually their first video before 93 till-could you possibly make a more amped joint with a mellow jazz record? Really wish heiro woulda never parted ways with the digging in the crates production. Domino is one of the more slept on producers ever imo.

feel u on that... i LOVE 93 til infinity... i used to get chills when it came on and still do now... its hard to picture how long ago these joints were made and compared to now (in mainstream) is so forgetful.
that blacksheep joint was a fav for me as well. .i always loved Dres' flow...

we desperately need a Native Tongues in this generation...

Basement Khemists?! Lol,hell yea man, they're from kc- Jac Max is the most legendary producer to ever do it in Kansas City. He was actually supposed to be working on a beat for me but it never ended up happening before I moved up here to Seattle. I posted on here a while back some heet mob/basement khemist stuff. That's dope that you know about them. And yea,King Tee overall legendary status no doubt.

Shit, lol, I never even knew s.o.m. did a video for "never no more"- one of my top 5 joints off 93 till-fucking amazing song, beat and lyrics. I'll always maintain that souls & heiro-espescially Del- never got propper credit for being pretty much the first cats in either the east or west to put multi syllables together THIS intricately. So far ahead of their time it's ridiculous.
