hello! i am looking to buy a sp606, and i have a sp505 already, i was wondering if i can transfer my samples to the sp-606? also i wanted to know if any of the sp models play samples other than 4/4! for example a sample that can be played 7/8 or 7/16?

pretty shure you can do everything on a 606 that you can do on a 505. even more, so it should be better and easier to do stuff like import export. i dont know if the 606 sounds better, but the 505 sounds better then a 404.
for time signantures, i think if you ignore the metronome, you can do any time signanture you want, even invent new ones, feel free to correct me if i am wrong.

if you refers to sp505>sp606, you cannot trasfer sp505 samples to sp606: sp505 doesn't save on .wav format and sp606 cannot read sp505/sp303 (the same) samples.kpa800 wrote:hello! i am looking to buy a sp606, and i have a sp505 already, i was wondering if i can transfer my samples to the sp-606? also i wanted to know if any of the sp models play samples other than 4/4! for example a sample that can be played 7/8 or 7/16?
