Sp 404 sx + Electric Guitar and mic.

Post by Bob Benny »

Hi palls

I've been recording on my computer for some time now, but now I want to go live.
I'm doing a lot of rhythmic loops with my guitar and other instruments.
Now, Is it possible to do realtime looping with the sp from an external sound source ( a mixer output) and therefore more fun than for example buying a loop pedal where i can't stop/play loops individually?

Help me out :)

Not sure you can live loop while playing, this would mean you're really fast and good at sampling WHILE playing guitar. Unless you prerecord stuf...

no.. you can't do live looping with it like you are imagining..

it can't play recorded sound at the same time that another sound is recording, and it can't send sound from the input to the output while sound is resampling/overdubbing.
Samples.
