Pattern launch quantize

Hi there,

Just picked a 404sx up... love it but would really like to change the quantize of how the patterns are launched when triggering them to play...
right now it's set to 1 bar, I'm pretty sure... would love to get it to be faster.. I can't find this in the manual or online anywhere, is this just not possible? that would be lame.

hmmm... when you launch next pattern it will always starts at the end of previous.

hold the sub pad and then hit the next pattern you want to change to...it will switch faster, but it wont be quantized. unfortunately, this is as close as you can get.

I think it actually just plays to the end of your current pattern's length, then switches.. u can do instant trigger like lodger says, just gotta practise your timing well
