Go to korg's website and download the free sample packs for the MicroSampler.. My favorite is the vintage ones...
Now download the software editor/manager.. Load up the microsampler format sample packs into it..
Each key shows a different sample.. click on each key one by one and choose 'export sample'.. This way you can export the C note of each sample.. then use something else to pitch them. ableton live, whatever.. I use my ESX's keyboard parts.
I know it's more ideal to have multiple samples for the different tunings, but over a small range these are still good, and I am pretty sure a lot of these are loopable too if you find the right loop points
Great source of keyboard/instrument/etc samples

Re: Great source of keyboard/instrument/etc samples
no, thats for microsampler users only
honestly, nice geek work
thats a good way to open those samples and have a listen. before i got my MS i wanted to hear what those packs had to offer.
you can get some good drums out of a couple.
the pitching/timestretch feature on the MS blows the SP series out of the water (re-sample patterns to 1 key, mutes, grainshifter, 6khz, 37keys/pads, ext mic, pan delay, keyboard mode, usb, etc etc yadda yadda i could go on for days... love the machine)
I like that the korg forums hate the MS .
people don't understand that its a Sampler/sequenecr and not an all in one DAW replacement/full portable workstation
you need to think with it like you do an SP.
it's too bad there's not a community for the product
the SPxMS is such an iLL combo
