I'm in, currently living in Leipzig (mid-east Germany) but I can't really associate anything musically with this place other than it feels like 5 years behind the rest of the country and people having an annoying dialect xD

I'd like to base my track on my home town - well the nearest town near my old home - but there's not much going on there as well. Well I'm gonna have to be creative ;D

yo peeps...is there gonna be vox on some or all of these tracks if producers are either emcees or are in contact with emcees that are from the same city or w/e to match the theme? or just strait instrumental tape...i'm game either way, rapping can be ill but does introduce lotta probs with mixing and quality if you got people all over the place with diff quality recordings etc but it's doable. reason I ask is I think the vol. 4 tape had rapping on each track or maybe that was some separate tape

That was a tape made for rapping. I think this should be mainly instrumental with mabey one or two vox tracks. Just have the lyrics represent the cities theme.

Awesome idea for a mix tape. i'd like to participate. i think i'll do a track inspired by san francisco, i was recently there and got to visit the museum of modern art, there are so many cool things to see there. deadline is march 5th right?
