what happens if you plug your Sps output to its input?

So i got some really bad news for me at least. I just recently bought a minidisc recorder which i was using to resample pattern sequences back into the SP for effects. Well today i dropped it and now its not recording anymore . That said it made me start thinking of alternative methods to resampling pattern sequences. I was wondering what would happen if you plug your SPs output into its input? Would it damage the SP? cause a feedback loop? or would it actually record the pattern sequences back into the SP?

It will create a feedback loop. Plus. you wouldn't be able to arm the REC while playing the pattern. Id recommend not doing this for the safety of your speakers.

Perhaps you could scoop up one of those Boss Micro BR's off ebay.
