One of the many, many,lol, beats I've been working on for my first ever beat tape -besides that Beird joint I did with Detail(platypus beird) that I really don't like too much, with a few exceptions.(Edit-it's on the page where you submit your tapes- don't know if that page is still being updated,but you can still download that beird tape though, I think)This is one of the handful that I'm positive about including.Somewhat simple, but I like it for the most part.I really have no clue at this point when the tape'll be finished-but not too long from now. simple is not always a bad thing. i definitely like this track.sounds like some j. k. flipped this too awhile ago, but not as ill as this .

Thanks a lot yall...I'm assuming we're talking about the Chick Corea/Return to Forever record? I used 3 different records on this-but obviously the rhodes is the R.T.F.- Gotta love some Chick Corea- He was/is Brilliant,one of the best on the rhodes definitely.Thanks again...

haha thats right mistaken it for klemmer cause of the horns. but chick corea records is crazy always. dope 3 records thats when ur zoning when u blendin different samples. definitely not simple then. lol

Thanks John,appreciate it a lot man...D-crazy good call on the Klemmer horns-that's exaclty where they're from.And yea, I really gotta get back to blending multiple records together more-used to do it as a rule-then at some point it became somewhat of a rarity for me..probably around the time I started fucking with mad soul beats. Gonna add some more filtering to the horns & rhodes when I get my 202, maybe they won't be quite as recognizeable. Still kinda crazy you heard that when for the most part I just used short delayed pieces,lol.
