SoundCloud Sample Clearence?

The last 3 beats that I have tried to post on SoundCloud have been blocked. I get a message and a personal email that states I do not have the rights or clearence to use the music samples in my beats. Has this happened to anyone else?

nope... im pretty sample heavy too but if u are using the creative commons lisc. they offer then they may be screening stuff... just a thought tho...

are you using chunks (more than say a bar) of a song without altering it?

maybe they are shazamming uploads or something? lol

I haven't had that issue yet and I've uploaded a few entire albums worth of beats. Does the title of your song say "remix" or use any words from the original sample?

Cartesia might be right about the auto shazzaaming, but I have no idea. I know youtube does something like this too.

yea what was the deal with your beats..where they obvious loops? or did they have the sample name in the title?? that is weird, i remember it happening from time to time back in the day on soundclick to various people but it was usually b/c it was a remix
